1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sponsy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Sponsy is a brand deal management platform that helps creators and their teams track sponsorships, deals, deadlines, and invoices. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
5. Billing and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Sponsy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We store your data securely and process it only to provide the Service.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable laws; upload malicious content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; or interfere with other users' use of the Service.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
